The Hidden Canals of Anubis

The Hidden Canals of Anubis is an environment and worldbuilding project inspired by monumental Egyptian architecture, sacred waterways, and dreamlike subterranean spaces.

My goal was to create the feeling of a forgotten ceremonial city hidden beneath stone and silence — a place where boats drift through temple corridors, colossal Anubis guardians stand watch, and ancient walls preserve fragments of myth, ritual, and memory.

The final images are my own interpreted scenes developed through composition, scene direction, material exploration, and visual refinement.
I used MidJourney and Hunyuan 3.1 as part of the ideation process, while Blender was used for scene development, layout exploration, and overall visual control. One of the images included in the project serves as a spatial reference / mood reference from the concept phase rather than a final key image.

This project is not intended as historical reconstruction, but as a cinematic fantasy interpretation of ancient Egyptian visual language filtered through my own imagination.
