"Neon Divide: Kira Protocol" is a cyberpunk character concept blending glossy sci-fi aesthetics with anime-inspired proportions and expression. Designed with a mix of MidJourney vision, Hunyuan 2.5 mesh shaping, and final composition and lighting in Blender, this piece captures the essence of a confident protagonist navigating a neon-lit future dystopia. Her split red-and-black synthetic outfit and subtle techno details suggest a tactical purpose beneath the style.
Tools used: MidJourney (concept base), Hunyuan 2.5 (3D shaping), Blender (model refinement, lighting, rendering)
🔸 Artist Insight:
This character was created as part of my exploration of hybrid workflows that combine AI tools and classic 3D pipelines. I used MidJourney for the concept, then split head and body renders into Hunyuan 2.5 to maximize detail fidelity. Textures were fine-tuned and polished in Substance Painter, and the final scene was assembled and rendered in Blender.
This process drastically reduces development time while maintaining a high level of artistic control — a practical blend of imagination and technology.
